Addition Levels
0.2-2wt.% Optimal concentration levels should be determined by running a ladder study.
Direction for use
1.Keep agitating at least 15-30 minutes to mix well. Heat up properly if the viscosity increases.
2.Toynol® surfactants are recommended to add after the addition of other surfactants and polymers to ensure their dissolution or dispersion in the system.
3.It is recommended to add Toynol® surfactants before pigments, fillers and other solid substances to facilitate Toynol® wetting solids and inhibiting the foam introduced by agitation.
4.During transportation and storage at low temperature, solidification orcrystallization of Toynol® product sometimes occurs. After heating to the melting point, it can still be restored to its original state after stirring, without affecting the service efficiency.
